EU Delivery Timeframes

We ship to European Union countries. Please note the following estimated delivery windows:

Digital products (ebooks): Available immediately after purchase — no shipping required.

Physical products (paperbacks): Fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners (Lulu.com and Amazon). Estimated delivery to EU countries is 10–21 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your country and local postal service.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs processing, which can occasionally extend delivery times beyond the estimates above. Customs fees or import duties, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us at candijones84@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate promptly.

U.S. and International Timeframes

All digital products are shipped immediately.  All physical products are shipped by a third party and are subject to that third party's shipping policies.   Some are shipped through Lulu.com, and others through Amazon.  If there is an issue with the product, the owner will take full responsibility, and subject to the problem with the product, the owner will either replace the product or give a full refund.  Any issue will require picture evidence of the problem and a written statement about why the recipient has a problem with the product.
