  • Wholesale Discount: 40–50% off retail pricing
  • Payment Terms: Net 30 available for approved accounts
  • Shipping: Retailer covers shipping; free shipping on orders over $500

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 7/27/2026 @1700

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all wholesale purchases made from Ms Candi Girl LLC. By placing a wholesale order, the purchaser ("Retailer") agrees to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers, bookstores, churches, schools, libraries, ministries, nonprofit organizations, boutiques, and other qualified businesses. Approval is at the sole discretion of Ms Candi Girl LLC.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • Opening Order Minimum: $150 (before shipping and taxes)

  • Reorder Minimum: $75 (before shipping and taxes)

Ms Candi Girl LLC reserves the right to adjust minimum order requirements at any time.

3. Pricing

Approved wholesale customers receive wholesale pricing based on the current wholesale price list.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are billed at the prices in effect on the Date the order is accepted.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • PayPal

  • ACH/Bank Transfer (when approved)

  • Other approved payment methods

Payment is due before shipment unless other written payment terms have been approved.

5. Order Processing

Most wholesale orders are processed within 5–10 business days.

Large orders, custom orders, or signed copies may require additional processing time.

6. Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted before shipment.

Risk of loss transfers to the Retailer once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier.

Ms Candi Girl LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Damaged Products

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged items and packaging.

Returns require prior written authorization.

Unless required by Law, wholesale purchases are generally non-returnable except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

8. Backorders

If an item is temporarily unavailable, Ms Candi Girl LLC may:

  • Hold the order until inventory is available,

  • Partially ship the order, or

  • Cancel unavailable items after notifying the Retailer.

9. Resale

Products purchased through wholesale are intended for resale only.

Retailers may not alter, reproduce, relabel, or repackage products without prior written permission from Ms Candi Girl LLC.

10. Online Sales

Retailers may sell approved products through their own websites or physical retail locations.

Products may not be listed on third-party online marketplaces (including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, or eBay) without prior written authorization from Ms Candi Girl LLC.

11. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, logos, product images, descriptions, and branding remain the exclusive property of Ms Candi Girl LLC.

Retailers may use approved marketing materials solely to promote authorized products.

12. Promotional Materials

Approved wholesale partners may request digital promotional graphics, book covers, author photos, and product descriptions for marketing purposes.

13. Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only with written approval before processing begins.

Custom orders, signed books, and special-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Law, Ms Candi Girl LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, resale, or use of its products.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

Ms Candi Girl LLC reserves the right to modify these Wholesale Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to future wholesale orders.
