Deborah: Her Strength or His Weakness

Many know of the story of Deborah in the book of Judges in the Bible.  Her leadership, judgment on Israel and the prophecies God showed her are always spoken of.  But there is another lens to look at the purpose behind why God chose Deborah.  Was Deborah really that strong, or was there a weakness in the men's leadership that caused God to give the judge office to Deborah? Not only will this story be brought to today's era, but it will also create the narrative for what happens when God has to correct disobedience.
